Get national accreditation as a health care provider

This course will provide you with the latest remedial massage techniques. Whilst studying you will practice in a variety of clinical and sporting environments with clients ranging from people with disabilities to elite athletes.

On completion you will be eligible to apply for all private health care provider numbers (including Medibank) through nationally accredited massage associations.

You will learn several different types of massage including:

  • deep tissue
  • trigger point
  • manual lymph drainage
  • myofascial
  • PNF
  • pre and post-natal pregnancy massage
  • specialised treatments for people with chronic health disease.

Your qualification prepares you for roles such as:

Remedial massage therapist who works with clients presenting with soft tissue dysfunction, musculoskeletal imbalance or restrictions in range of motion (ROM). Remedial Massage Therapists may be self-employed or work within a larger health service.

Diploma of Surveying

Extend your studies and knowledge of surveying

This course will further develop your skills by teaching you how to operate sophisticated surveying equipment and software for conducting more complex engineering surveys, including road design and set out surveys and more complex surveying tasks.

This Diploma has a focus on geodetic surveying including how to conduct geodetic surveys and perform computations. You will also develop industry-specific skills including how to design basic engineering structures and plan spatial data collection. A large selection of electives is available, such as producing maps for land management purposes, producing mine drawings and how to set out stormwater systems.
