By the time you've finished this qualification, you'll know your radiator from your regulator and be in a good position to get yourself an apprenticeship in mechanics.

Heavy Automotive Plant

Learn how to check and repair dump trucks, bulldozers, loaders, drilling rigs and heavy plant machinery. Develop skills and knowledge on cooling systems, dismantling, replacing and assembling mechanical equipment, inspecting and servicing engines, steering and suspension systems and carrying out repairs to single electrical circuits.
