This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions and to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user.
Persons working at this level will support information technology activities in the workplace across a wide range of ICT areas, including technical support, network administration, web technologies, software applications and digital media technologies.
Your qualification prepares you for roles such as:Successful completion of this qualification, depending on the stream selected, will provide you with the opportunity to work in basic personal computer (PC) support, basic network/system administration or in first level help desk roles. Possible job roles, depending upon streams taken, include Client Support Officer, Help Desk Technician, ICT Operations Support, IT Technician, PC Support.

VET Student Loans
VET Student Loans is the new program that replaces the current VET FEE HELP scheme.
