Want to make a start working within medical administration?
Be it your local medical practice or a larger hospital setting, this course includes all the necessary skills to get your career on its way. You will gain skills and knowledge specific to a medical practice environment including administration processes and learn to use Medical Director’s Pracsoft software.
You will gain skills and knowledge in basic accounting, workplace organisation, workplace organisation, workplace health and safety, as well as an introduction to medical terminology, maintaining patient records, and medical accounts.

When you complete the Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) you will have skills that may be suitable for a medical administration support role for e.g. medical receptionist, Admissions Clerk, Medical Records Clerk, Medical Secretary and Clinical Coder.
